Dozens of people were killed in a Russian attack on the central Ukrainian city of Poltava on Tuesday (September 3, 2024), which included a military educational facility, President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
“More than 180 people have been injured. Unfortunately, many people have died. So far 41 people have been reported dead,” Mr. Zelensky said, after two ballistic missiles “targeted the territory of an educational institution and a neighboring hospital.”
