Twitter (formerly Twitter) went down for many users on Wednesday morning as Downdetector recorded hundreds of reports from India about technical issues with the Elon Musk-owned social media platform.
Many users in India were unable to load new posts or refresh their feeds. According to Downdetector, most of the problems originated from the app itself.

The number of complaints was far higher for US-based users, with over 30,000 reports recorded by DownDetector.
A few weeks ago, a Spaces conversation between Musk and former President Donald Trump was interrupted by an interruption. Musk claimed it was a “massive” cyber attack. However, ever since Twitter was reluctantly acquired by Musk in a $44 billion deal, Twitter has been prone to technical glitches and glitches, which they wanted to undo.
Musk has also previously criticized Twitter’s code, calling it “fragile”.
