Former US President Donald Trump launched a scathing attack on Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris over immigration and border security, calling her a “third-rate fake candidate”. During his interview with tech mogul Elon Musk on Xspace, Trump claimed that other countries are emptying their prisons and encouraging criminals to migrate to the United States illegally.
“They’re doing it right now, while this third-rate fake candidate — don’t forget, I beat Biden. He failed miserably in the debate,” Trump said on CNN, referring to the June 27 debate.
Calling Harris “more incompetent” than President Joe Biden, Trump alleged that migrants were crossing the border not just from Mexico but from “all over the Earth.”
“We can’t keep him. He’s incompetent … He hasn’t given an interview since this whole scandal started,” Trump said in the interview, which has been viewed more than 73 million times.
