US Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Walz said on Wednesday he has agreed to debate with his rival. Republican opponent J.D. Vance On October 1, which is one of the debate dates proposed by CBS News.
The network said it has given the campaign four dates for debates: Sept. 17, Sept. 24, Oct. 1 and Oct. 8.
When asked about a potential debate, Vance told Fox News: “I strongly doubt we’ll be there on October 1.” Vance also said he would like to debate Walz more than once.
