Japan videos show what a 6.9 magnitude earthquake does


A powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 6.9 struck southern Japan on Thursday, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The local weather agency issued a tsunami warning for coastal areas.

Several videos have emerged across the region capturing the impact of the earthquake. Inside malls, footage showed clothes hanging in shops shaking violently. On the streets, cars were seen shaking due to the tremors, leading to panic and fear among residents.
