Lebanon’s Hezbollah said it launched drones to attack military targets in northern Israel on Tuesday. However, the group claimed it was not a retaliation for Israel’s killing of Hezbollah commander Fuad Shukr but vowed to avenge it.

Lebanese armed group Hezbollah said it sent a swarm of drones attacking military targets in northern Israel on Tuesday.
A source in the group told Reuters it was not a reprisal for Israel’s killing of Hezbollah commander Fuad Shukr in Beirut last week. Hezbollah has vowed to avenge that, raising concerns of a massive escalation that could turn into a full-blown war.
