Hundreds of Bangladeshi Hindus took to the streets of Dhaka on Friday to protest against violence against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina since she left the country earlier this week.
Protesters were heard chanting “Hare Krishna” while protesting on the streets.
Following Hasina’s resignation on August 5, homes, business establishments and temples of Hindus were attacked in Muslim-majority Bangladesh, leaving a school teacher dead and at least 45 people injured.
