Biden gave a fiery speech on the first night of the Democratic National Convention. Criticizing Republican candidate Donald Trump, Biden said he is nothing but a “loser.”

“Donald Trump calls America a failed nation,” Biden said, adding, “He says we’re losing. He’s going to lose; he’s totally wrong.”

Joe Biden, who has dropped out of the re-election race, said the US is “winning” and the world is “better than it was”, adding that Trump continues to “lie” about matters such as crime and immigration.

Biden also praised his successor (in the party) Kamala Harris and said, “Are you ready to vote for freedom? Are you ready to vote for democracy and America? I ask you, are you ready to choose Kamala Harris and Tim Walz?”
